We currently deliver only in Colombo and suburbs. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please message us on WhatsApp with your location.

Delivery charges vary based on your location and are not included in the frame price. Our team will inform you of the delivery charge when confirming your order.

Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days from order confirmation. We will call you before delivery to verify your availability and confirm your address.

Our metal frames are made of high-quality stainless steel, offering durability and a premium finish. We also offer acetate and plastic frames depending on the model.

Our frames are imported from China and carefully curated for quality and style. Each frame meets our standards for durability and design.

Currently, we sell frames only. However, you can take your frames to any optical shop to have prescription lenses fitted. Please contact us on WhatsApp for lens fitting recommendations.

Yes! At delivery, we bring additional frame models for you to try and choose from. You can try them on before making your final decision and payment.

Warranty & Returns

All frames come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes issues with frame structure, hinges, or coating - but does not cover damage from accidents or misuse.

Yes, we offer 7-day exchanges for unused and undamaged frames. The frames must be in original condition with all packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.

You can exchange it within 7 days if unused and undamaged. We also provide size measurements on product pages to help you choose the right fit. If you need help selecting the right size, contact us on WhatsApp.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as frame breakage, hinge issues, coating defects, or structural problems. It does not cover accidental damage, scratches from normal wear, or modifications made by third parties.
